In December 2005 the contract that we had with Promiber finished and it was not renewed.  We did transfer all the documentation to U.H.B. offices at Oasis Lanz Club.  We keep these pages only for your information.

In order to get your deed of Oasis Lanz Club you have to complete two burocratic steps and takes usally 10-12 months; we are here to help you.  These steps are:

1. Signature of the Deed:
   You have to sign a Notarial Document of purchase .  Please take into account that all the process will be 3-6 months.  First we have to prepare all the documentation, afterwards, following one of the three methods, we have to sign the deed.  The Notary will need 2-3 weeks to prepare it before we collect it.

2. Registration of the Deed:
   You have to registry your deed in the Land Registry of Arrecife de Lanzarote.  It will take 3-4 months untill the application to the end. When they give back the deed we will send it to you inmedeatly.  The deed is then the proof of property of your purchase.
